Didn't schedule delivery, then showed up unannounced at 7:45 am when I wasn't there.   Again, unannounced.   Claimed to have attempted delivery three more times, and yet was never called to schedule a delivery A SINGLE TIME.  Somebody from their office today called at 2 pm 5 days after original delivery attempt and left a snarky voicemail basically stating \"how can they deliver if I'm never there and don't answer my phone\".   This is the first time the office has called me and I couldn't answer because I was in a meeting at work.  Called them back before 5, got voicemail of the lady who left a message on my phone.   If you have a business that uses this company to ship your merchandise I'd really reconsider it, as I haven't even met them or received my item and they are extremely unprofessional.  It makes the business that I did purchase my TV from look poorly.  I may even cancel my $5,000 purchase due to this poor unprofessional experience.","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-01-06"}]}
