I brought my van in for a estimate.  Went on a test drive with one of the mechanics.  He was very honest and didn't talk down to me because I was a women. I was given an estimated price and days to complete job. Once the work startd, the heads were actually damaged on my van, so the price went up $300.00. The estimated time my van was in the shop, even with putting new head in the transmission, was exactly as they promised. I was very satisfied with my experience.","rating":5,"date_published":"2008-28-01"}]}
