This is the only restaurant I will visit for Japanese food. The owner, Keiko-san, is very friendly and the sushi chef, Yuki-san, uses only the best (freshest) fish in his sushi.The rolls here are delicious- my personal favorites are the Sunrise Roll (with eel) and the Spicy Tuna Roll. The Jalapeo Shrimp Tempura Roll- an Atari-ya original- is also a must-try!If you are ever in the Santa Maria area, this is the place to go.
