We are Vegans -- order an item and say "without the meat!"  We get the "Veggie Delight" for a white sauce, and the "Cashew Tofu" for a spicier dark sauce.  Ask for enough of the sauces to flavor your rice.  Order from the menu, ~ $7.50, one dish can feed two people!  The veggies are very fresh and just cooked lightly --  still crunchy.  Get veggie educated by Dr. John McDougall!I'll help make it even healthier  --  such as ask them to tailor more for us veggie characters  --  offer brown rice, feature vegetarian/vegan dishes.  The difficulty is that they are lacking in quickly understanding English.Help make them a big success --  nice clean place, great smiles, run by the two families. You can see into the food preparation area. They have buffet items -- two items for lunch, ~$5.50; three items for dinner, ~$6.50.Oh - before 3 PM, they offer a free drink!
