The staff seems like they know what they are doing....until you receive your gown. Be prepared for disappointment! I went in with the rest of the bridal party and bride to get our bridesmaid dresses, the fittings went well and we ordered our dresses. I picked up my dress, didn’t bother to try it on because they get YOUR FITTINGS. Tried it two days before the wedding, come to find out the dress is TOO big. Not my inches but by one WHOLE size. I am livid, what’s the point of them taking measurements if it’s No use to them. Thankfully for Aloha Cleaners they are able to fix the dress by Saturday, which brought my original cost up by $75. To those who are considering David’s Bridal, please look around and do research before you go there. Spent 10hrs out of town when anticipated 4. Told they did everything they could do. Dress is fine now, but is shorter than I wanted, due to the fact that they had to even the length out after the first alterations were done so badly, not understanding why I wasn't refunded my alteration costs, if nothing else to offset the massive child care bill I received when I arrived back in town to pick up my child after. What a disaster.
