Was in the area and my poodle needed a trim so I just stopped by here and was pleasantly surprised. The staff is great and they really care about the well being of your dog throughout the grooming process, making the dog feel safe and relaxed. I recently adopted a dog from the shelter and it was terribly matted but once I walked in they ensured to walk me through the process and advise me on my pets future care. The staff is beyond attentive and caring and I can say that they left me with better knowledge of how to care for my pet. Then when i told her that my dog gets a little restless while getting grommed she turned around and said \"oh i dont have time for that right now, call me back after new years and we will see what i can do.\" This was after i had offered to help and be there with my dog.
