Black stains, red, stains (yeah I had rain stains, due to painting my rooms) they were all gone!. The tech that arrived to my home (on time) he was really nice, he came equipped with all the tools and solutions to make my carpets look so much better than ever! They looked new, I did not want to step on my carpet. Ask anyone in my home, you are not allowed to wear shoes, shoes must be off before you even step into my home. I had the same carpet for about 11 years and have not cleaned it once. It wasn’t too bad until about a year ago and since then it seems like the stains keep on piling up. I knew it was finally time to get my carpets cleaned. They offered me the deep root cleaning because I told them that this was the first time cleaning it in a long time. They did a great job and I was so happy when I saw my carpet.
