To sum things up he ended the conversation by telling me he would send my forms back and that I should go find someone else. Then hung up. Being fairly new to the process of working with an accountant I was convinced that he was trustworthy. He stated that I was always welcome to call him with any questions or concerns and that he would serve as a mentor throughout the process. After speaking to him during his initial call I even began sell his services to my friends who were also in the market for an accountant.
