I thought I would try Santa Monica Lexus. What a wonderful treat! George was my service guy, he was so nice and accommodating. He got my car in and out. Washed and pretty again.They're customer lounge was beautiful and inviting. I have been happy with the local Honda dealership for the past several years, so I wondered how Lexus would compare. Instantly, I was impressed with the level of friendliness, courtesy, and amenities. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly associate (Eddie) who was kind enough to show me around and introduce me to a helpful parts manager (Eric). I even met the service manager (Daniel) who couldn't have been nicer. During my visit, they took care of me -- and my car. I feel confident this staff strives for superior customer service, so I will gladly recommend the Santa Monica Lexus Service Center, and I will certainly return to this location in the future.","rating":5,"date_published":"2012-25-05"}]}
