I have gone to the store next door several times, but this was my first time using them for grooming. I was very happy and pleased with the service. I called on Friday for a Sat. appt and they graciously squeezed me in. The grooming aside (which was great), the service & hospitality was above and beyond. They gave me some snacks to try for Oscar.
