I am on a reduced carbohydrate diet so I order a burrito but without the tortilla, beans, or rice - burrito meat with a little cheese on top.  In the past I have ordered their chile verde which was very good.  Tonight wanting something different, I ordered grilled chicken.  However, the chicken was mostly fat.  The waitress offered to take the item off the check but soon returned to tell us that the management would not agree.  They charged me the full price for food that was not fit to be eaten.
