I got my dog when he was almost 9 years old, and he had kidney disease right away. He recovered completely while usually dogs have kidney problems after such a serious illness. About a year ago, he ruptured his back. Laser treatments have helped immensely. Recently he became very ill again but is already healthier than before he got sick. Dr Jordan, who integrates both Eastern and Western medicine, is by far the best vet I've ever had. She' even available on her home phone when needed! Her staff is amazing, too. I'd give them all 10 stars!","rating":5,"date_published":"2013-23-08"},{"author_name":"honestreviewer222232","review_text":"RUN. You will not get the veterninarian that is shown on the website!! This is a bait and switch. Dr. Stanley, is who you are going to get.Dr Stanley is first and foremost concerned with cleaning your dog's teeth and your wallet. When I walked in the door, Dr. Stanley sat at the reception window, and ignored me and did not greet me. I stood there and waited, a moment later, my husband came in and got an immediate hello. But he did not say anything further, and continued to ignore me. This was just the start of our extremely awkward visit to Dr. Stanley. He asked us about our dog, but continually interrupted us as we tried to talk to him.His bedside manner is very detached, unsympathetic and curt. When he came in he told the assistant to PLOP my old dog up on the table. The inexperienced assistant grabbed my elderly dog under the arms and my dog slipped and struggled as she lifted the old girl to the table. I trusted her, and I should have picked up my dog myself. He stared at me and asked when I had taken the dog to a vet last, I am in his office seeking help and compassion and I get hostility and accusations. I am not stupid enough to believe his assertion that my dog's dental plaque is causing her multiple health and behavioural problems. The funny thing is, he presented his final assessment to us, and he didn't even see two very visible tumors she has growing on her skin. This is because he didn't examine her thoroughly, one minute of looking at the dog is not sufficient to do a health examination, and that is MY opinion Dr., which in the care of my pet, is is at least as important as yours.Veterinarians should recognize that consumers are educated today and just because the vet moves his mouth and says things, that we don't necessarily believe you. We are on to your scheme of pearly white profits, and I am growing weary of the guilt trip and pressure vets are putting on the owners over dental care for DOGS. You vets are going to price yourself out of a profession, because we will simply stop owning PETS to avoid you. Consider yourself WARNED.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-24-08"},{"author_name":"flipflops","review_text":"I am so pleased that I found this clinic! I would recommend it to everyone who is interested in the Eastern-Western mix of medicine. It's the first place that encouraged me to give my animals vitamins, supplements, fruits, and veggies; and I don't know why more don't recommend it, if it's good for me, why should my pets not get the same consideration? My dog passed recently to cancer and my heart goes out to everyone at Coddingtown Vet; they helped him stay with us for longer than we had expected, and most importantly he was happy even when he told us it was his time to leave this world. When I am ready to open my heart to another, I will look forward to the care and dedication that the doctor and staff have to offer.","rating":5,"date_published":"2009-21-04"},{"author_name":"blue42","review_text":"I love this clinic! The doctor is the most personable I have ever met, and absolutely knowledgeable. My cat is a little trouble maker but Dr.Jordan is great every time we go to see her, she's not bothered by his quirks and comes up with the greatest tips that I can do with my cat at home if I have a concern. The staff is great at answering my questions, very polite, and accommodate my needs perfectly. I feel like I can really depend on them to take quality care of my pets, and I would recommend checking it out for yourself!","rating":5,"date_published":"2009-21-04"},{"author_name":"surfing1","review_text":"What a professional office with the Holistic recomendations and Quality care.
