Kept going back for the service and the quality.  I never bring my cars anywhere else.  Recently, I was told by one chain store I needed something replaced and it would cost $200+ dollars.  Victor looked at it, laughed, and tightened the nut for free.  Was the other place incompetent or dishonest?  I don't know and I don't care.
