I called  hotei motors and they told me what it was over the phone and that the dealer was wrong on their diagnosis.  i brought the car to Hotei and they fixed it right away.  they didn't charge me anything to diagnose the problem either and the problem has not reoccurred since. (brake light coming on for no reason.)  they also took the time to explain what they did.  really nice people.","rating":5,"date_published":"2008-28-04"}]}
