> Interlink self help center saved my life. At a traumatic time in my life it offered me hope. They listened to me. I took their Peer Support training and discovered a whole new world, learning new tools like Active listening ,boundaries self care, self awareness and so much more. How to help and love myself was a real epiphany. In the past two years Interlink and I have  grown. It has offered me new ways to approach life with my head held high. It is a bright, safe, clean place with so many great activities it's hard to keep up with all the new groups , gatherings, classes, and events that Interlink has to offer. I have not seen my children in ten years and the loss still hurts me deeply, but with Interlink I am now able to give back to others who have experienced trauma,crisis and great loss. I have found healing in this  community among welcoming members and staff. Thanks Interlink
