We took our car to this place for a $150 detailing service to wax the car and buff out some light oxidization. They looked at the car and told us they could make it look really great... no problem. What we got was just a really sloppy wax: Whole areas were missed, wax smeared all over the windows, wax residue not buffed off and none of the oxidization buffed out. We brought it back and they spent another hour and it was marginally better. At least they cleaned the wax off the windows. The detailing on the inside consisted of spraying a heavy layer of chemical and giving it a quick wipe - again, most of the chemical remained as a sticky film. I should have known better than to take it there in the first place as they charge about double what their car wash service is worth - I should have known they would do the same with their detailing service. Take my advice and do not bring your car to them for any service whether it's a wash or a detailing service! Completely unprofessional!","rating":1,"date_published":"2010-22-04"}]}
