The park has the highest rental space of any park in the whole county......aside from their other Park located I believe in Petaluma...that one is horribly high too.  They have no regard for someone living there that wants to sell their mobile home with their rental space so whacked out \"high\" it takes a mobile home owner a long time to sell.  Their space rent is over 1,000 per month....on top of that they don't even have a clubhouse nor a pool.  Their rent should be in the $600 or $500 range like other parks.  Basically it comes down to greed from the owner of the park!!!!!  No compassion for people and what they can afford and what is an acceptable and normal rental rate!  Charges that because they can get away with it as owners of mobile homes have no choice.
