> Trying to reconcile and reverse a fraudulent online deposit apparently made into a PNC account (about which nobody we know has any knowledge of), with funds fraudulently taken from my/my Mother's CitiCard Master Card, with funds fraudently stolen/swiped at an ATM or online,  from my/my Mother's Master Card, I have found PNC headquarters to be the worst, and most unresponsive bank employees which I have ever communicated with.  Avoid this terrible corporation at all costs!
