It was ready in in the next day. What a nice surprise and to specifications. Whe. We picked up the plates the price changed to $1400 +. When we questioned the price difference Kyle stated that the difference was tax, my husband explained that during their convo it was discussed that the $1200 figure was all incl., Kyle then said he would waive the tax & just charge $1200 & walked away. This is where it got bad,  he turned around & said \" you got your way\" & \"this is the last I will ever do a water cut for you\". My husband told him that if you quote a price that's what is expected 2 pay & that the mistake is on him not the customer. Had he meant $1200 + tax he should have communicated that. Kyle got right in my husband's face as if he was ready to fight, who treats customers in that manner? Kyle is rude & unprofessional & shouldn't' b in a position dealing w/ customers. We will never go back & warn of the volatile employee & poor biz conduct.","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-08-06"}]}
