When the repair man didnt show up at 11:00 called Santa Rosa Appliance Repair four times and got no reply. The tech finally called me alittle after 12:00 and said he sent me a text message telling me he had to change the appt. to 2:00. I am over 60 and never use text messaging so I didnt get the message. I finally got in touch with the company and they said they had no record of the appt. said they would check up on it and never called back.  The tech finally showed up around 3:30. After talking to the tech I found out that he was an indpendent from Livermore, over an hour away from Santa Rosa. Although he did a fine job, Santa Rosa Appliace Repairs service was subpar. I would never use this company again. I wasted an entire day waiting around.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-17-08"}]}
