> One of the best places to learn self-defense, workout, lose weight, & relieve stress. They offer Kickboxing, Escrima (Kali / Arnis), Judo, Wrestling, and of course Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for pretty much the same prices as other gyms that only offer BJJ by itself.
