The front office, specifically Connie was extremely rude from the moment I entered the location. I was working for her and was more of a bother for her than a customer. She insisted on forcing me to sign a paper and taking my money.Upon leaving there was no assistance. I found my way back to the counter & asked a man w brown hair & facial hair to sched future apts, he looked at me like \"who the hell are you\" and with a negative smirk suggested with a look that I needed to go to Connie.2. I requested a refund for the deceitful bill. Shauna needed to contact the owner & check on the willingness to do so, 6 days called me & he refused to refund me.I asked Shauna to bill other insur.My question is:How many other people thought it wasnt worth the hassle to follow up with this here?How many elderly, who don't know, or are unwilling to speak up, are being taken advantage of?","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-24-05"}]}
