Its April of 2016 and my trade in ownership has yet to be transferred. The person they sold it too is racking up tickets and the car is still registered too me.Numerous phone calls to Cypress coast and i keep getting the same excuse. \"the paper work is being processed by the DMV. Seriously???  The DMV stated that shady car dealerships are Notorious for this. They kept the transfer fee and never transferred. My girlfriend bought a Jeep from this place and they didn't turn in the papers so when she got pulled over she got a ticket for driving a non registered car. Also, the car smelled like cat pee when she got it so she was told that she would get a free detailing, after leaving her car there one whole day we were told to come back the next day and if she left her car it would be done. We came back the next day and the car hadn't even been washed! Customer service is EXTREMELY BAD here! pay extra to get your car somewhere else, you'll be glad you did.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-16-03"}]}
