Shady establishment and not registered with the BBB (cannot report his mispractice!).He checked our truck and stated it was the bearing that needed replacing on the front left tire. Since we had just replaced the bearing one week before, this seemed odd. He stated it was loose when installed and so wore out the bearing. He charged $45 for this checkup although we had agreed on $20.The next day the tire was wobbly and was not driving well. We took the truck by another auto repair and found it was not the bearing that needed replacing but the bolts on the wheel well. He completely misdiagnosed the problem! When we went back to tell him the report, he stated the other auto shops were wrong and that he only charged us $20 anyways, a cheap checkup! Liar! Long story short, he will be hearing from us in court. DO NOT GO TO K & H AUTO REPAIR Unless you're willing to accept sub par service with no guarantee. I went in for a routine oil change (chose this location b/c of 5 star previous review). I verified what they'd said on the phone once I got in: It'll be 20 minutes, MAYBE 30 if there's a problem. I took my two year old on a walk and came back 25 min later. "Five more minutes." Okay. Ten minutes later: "Five more minutes." Okay. (This happened several times.) Finally, the guy charged me saying my car was done and would be brought out front right away. After standing in the 50'ish degree weather (with my two year old) for ten more minutes, I went inside to see what was going on. "They brought out the wrong oil filter, so it'll take another 5 minutes until it's done." I went up front one more time after this to see what the status was before I finally gave up. There was never any explanation or apology or anything when I finally got my car back more than an hour 15 minutes from when I first checked in. I ended up missing the other appointment I had scheduled for the day because they took so much longer than they said they would. Very, very disappointed.
