> I should have went to AAMCO! Simple transmission rebuild. These guys wanted $1900 for the same thing AAMCO wanted $1100 for. Then, when I refused the service they wanted to charge me this ridiculous $600 "diagnostic fee". Should have taken about an hour on the bench to determine what's wrong. When I refused to pay that they just kept the transmission. I never signed any paperwork, never saw any written estimate, it was all made up on the fly by these shady businessmen, please avoid!
