When I went to pick her up, I was told $55.  I explained I was quoted $45 and she said it cost $50 + $5 for a flea dip. I told her what I was quoted so she got Lorie, since Lorie groomed my dog. When Lorie came out, she said she saw 2 fleas on my dog. I told her, impossible. She sleeps with me and if she had fleas they would be biting me.  She went ahead and charged my Credit Card for Services I didn't order or request.  I told her, if my dog had fleas, she got them here while she was waiting for her bath & trim. Lorie was very rude. Every time I tried to talk, she talked over me. Didn't care how I felt and charged my CC $56 when original quote was $45. It wasn't until I gave her negative feedback on Facebook that she offered to give me $5 off my return visit. With that kind of treatment and being charged more than expected, I'll never return.
