> I never liked to exercise until I started classes at Barry's Bootcamp.  The atmosphere is so much fun - working out in a group setting with fun music, low lights and instructors that don't push you harder than you can go but won't let you slack off either.  The workout I get in 60 minutes is great - way better than I ever got by myself at a gym.  The format is 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the floor doing strength training with weights, bands and weighted balls.  I am short on time so it's perfect for me because I leave the class knowing I got a fantastic workout - the best workout I could get in 60 minutes.  Each class is different - and that's great for me because I get bored pretty easily.  I've been going for 4 months and I could not be happier with the results.  I love Barry's Bootcamp!

> They call it "The Best Workout in the World." I have to agree!  I was totally unmotivated to workout - that is until I started going to Barry's Bootcamp.  This clicked with me because it is such a great workout packed into an hour and it totally surprised me by being - FUN!!!  I love the ambiance here - loud music that is just right to workout with and instructors that don't let you slack off but also don't push you further than you can go.  I love working out in the group setting - it's easier to keep going when someone next to you is also sweating it out.  The format is 30 minutes on the treadmill doing cardio and 30 minutes on the floor with weights/bands/etc doing strength training.  It is a complete workout!  They target a different body part each day with weekends being total body days.  I've never been to the same class twice - every day is different and I love this because I have such a short attention span for anything so it really keeps you on your toes.  The place is filled with people of all shapes and sizes - some who like me have just started to get in shape and some who have awesome bodies and are keeping them that way at Barry's.  I've really changed my body in 4 months - I feel healthy and great and I look great too.  I love Barry's Bootcamp!!!
