I was leary about changing, but the rate was so good. Since then, the economy turned sour, I found myself with cut wages and even unemployed at times, and State Farm has been, well, like a good neighbor! They always give me the best rate for my car insurance (and I have a lot of coverage!), and when I have had difficulties, someone actually answers the phone! They know my name, and they know my needs. I now have renter's insurance with them, and now I am considering life insurance.
