Immediately, a young lady named Ria answered the phone. She was very polite, very assisting with all my shenanigans of questions, i thought the customer service was on par with this one. Now came to ordering a dumpster. Needed it delivered on Tuesday and removed by Wednesday the following morning, because I was hosting a gathering party for some friends. Ok, great. \"No problem!\" she said. So it was done. I usually expect that the drivers are usually a few minutes late, (hey, it happens) but to my surprise, there were no surprises... when the driver arrived I asked him for specific instructions as to where to place the bin which he did, and he was careful not to damage my driveway while doing so. Lastly, I was primarily concerned with how timely they would be picking up the bin, couldn't stress this enough. I was told the bin would be picked up sometime between 9 AM and 11 AM but then i got this awesome phone call from the driveway about around 8 AM from the foreman if he could indeed pick the bin up SOONER than that because he was ahead of schedule.  It was a DOUBLE WIN for me! I was happy, and again driver was respectful of the driveway. Gotta say it was a great experience and i'm happy i used their services. I'm a pretty hard lady to please.Contrary to what the negative review may say below me, I have to think that this person may just be a false spammer. The service is poor and the response time is worst!!! As the owner of a contractor type of business, my requested dumpster was not delivered on time and I did not find out that it didn't reach my customer's location until I called fast dumpster. The dumpster was delivered the next day. We finished using the dumpster in 3 days, called to have it picked up 48 hours later.............TWO WEEKS LATER it was still sitting in the customer's driveway (even after multiple calls to fast dumpster with promised and broken pick up dates). My customer thought I was giving her a line of BS so I had her on a three way call to listen to me beg this incompetent company to pick up the dumpster. Well needless to say, she was not happy with the 3 way call, she even explained to the fast dumpster representative that the city inspector said he would fine her if the dumpster was still there the next time he came by. TO NO AVAIL.....even after the 3 way call it took another week to pick up the dumpster. So a total of 3 Freaking weeks to Pick Up a dumpster. I will NEVER use them again, I've told other contractors and of course the customer, told everyone she could think of. Way to go guys! Great job.
