Gary's did not disappoint! Justin met me as I walked in and could not have been more attentive and helpful. He called and updated me that he had discovered a problem with the plug and gave me a break in the price when I opted to replace it. The vacuum looked like new when I picked it up and it works like new too. Justin carried the vacuum and put it in my car . I was so impressed with the great service. After a nightmarish visit to Andy's Vacuum last year where the psychotic Manny was in charge, we vowed never to return. Won't elaborate on that except to say that we had to call the police to get our vacuum (unrepaired) back. Now it is Gary'sVacuum and when we took our machine in, his son, Justin, was there. Justin is personable, intelligent, honest and had our vacuum back to us in 2 days for a very reasonable price. Even honored a discount coupon we found on the internet, which made the price even more reasonable. No hard sell on anything and he assured us that we wouldn't need a complete servicing for a year. Now that I have wall to wall carpeting, I’m using my vacuum twice a day. Needed a few minor repairs and some cleaning. An aquaintance told me they changed owners last year, so I thought Id give them another try. Glad I did, the previous owner was a bit creepy and lost my vacuum!!!. Justin at Gary’s called me later that day, told me exactly what needed to be done and quoted me a low, reasonable price. Two days later I picked up my vacuum and it looked practically new. I'm not sure who the old owners were but this place changed owners a couple months ago and I was thrilled with the service and my new vacuum! Gary and Robert analyzed exactly what I needed for my house and didnt recommend the most expensive vacuum, just the one that made the most sense. It works great and they checked in with me to see how it was going.
