> Do not use anyone from this cocky firm!  None of them are experts!.  They are FLAKEs.  The two I chose were   never in the office, One doesn't return calls and cancels or forgets appointments.  He will lose your paperwork and never get anything done.  their incompetence cost me thousands of dollars. Don't make the same mistake.  H and R block is way more qualified.
