We called them and within minutes we received a return call from the owner, Richard, who determined thru our description of the situation that although sounding like a major problem was not. He offered to come and meet us, but instead suggested he schedule an early AM service call the following morning and save us the emergency call out fees at holiday rates that would have been applicable. The following morning, one of his very professional electricians was waiting at our business for us to arrive and quickly corrected our \"serious\" problem.   This is the type of trade people we want to work with . I remember that he worked mostly by himself but was always accompanied by his yellow labrador sally or sarah. He was very knowledgable about his trade and received his training thru the union. We have used his services at our home, rentals and our business.
