> Worst results.  Melissa the employee, does not know how to do anything..... We requested a eyebrow Wax and the eyebrows were not symmetrical.  She took to much out and it looked deformed, I had to cover it with make up until they grew out.  I Requested Curls only, she decided to use Flat iron and then curl iron.... at first the results were nice, only lasted for an hour, after washing my hair I noticed discoloration and my ends were burned.   What makes matters worse, I filled a complaint with the franchise owner Diane online and she never replied. The owner hardly comes in the salon, you will only see a Playing manager.   I've contacted Corporate and attempted to make my complaints there, but they said it was a corporate store they would have more control, but since it's a franchise owned, the owner is responsible....This place doesn't care about their customers, Poor Service, Poor Customer Service and they simply don't care.
