The entire re-build of our home was a nightmare. That was bad enough with tons of \"padded\" bills costing us 40% more than the bid. Everything has had to be re-done from the drywall, painting, etc. Last year, our entire deck failed flooding our house and not covered by insurance . Last year, we had walls leaking water from faulty securing of plumbing joints.
