> Overcharged me on food, when I questioned the cashier about this and  I was told that they automatically charge 18% gratuity on everything. So this means that the total charge of my pizza and tokens had the 18% gratuity plus the tax. Definitely, better off going to Toppers or just pick up pizza at Little Caesar's and get a movie at Red Box instead since many of the games at Big Z's are broken.

> Pizza and salad bar are ok.  The arcade is pointless, most of the games don't work or work properly.  Save your money.

> This is essentially a poor mans version of Chuck E Cheeses, but the price is right and there is a decent selection of arcade machines for kids to play on.

> Unless you like your pizza to have some sort of orange sludge resting on top of what was supposed to be cheese.  I would not recommend this place.On top of the bad pizza, the video games were a disgrace.  Not only were they outdated by about 10-15 years, but half of them were out of order or did not work properly.
