He came home looking, feeling, and smelling great, all with a new bandanna. They cut my dog in 4 places and DIDNT tell us about it. Her appointment was at 11:30 and they didnt even call us to pick her up until 4:45pm!!! The dogs are kept in cages and obviously arent kept on schedule. They have a very talented crew of groomers that work their butts off to please their customers and their pets. Also they have a very long cleaning list that is done every night after they are done grooming, i mean it these girls work HARD. This shop is by far the cleanest work place i have ever worked in. The owners of this shop are very nice people and fun to work for. Hats off to Jackie,Shai,Yoko,Dianne and of course Jim. I miss u all.
