> Warranty replacements are non existent. I bought a helmet less than a year ago and they will not replace the helmet that has a year warranty. they're saying that its not a manufacturer defect if it hasnt happened to anyone else. They keep just saying they gave me a great deal on a replacement helmet even though i didnt call to buy a discounted helmet. They apparently have never heard, "the customer is always right". They just tell me that somehow i am responsible for the defect. It must have been something i did. its ridiculous. I've had it with their lack of customer service. taking my business elsewhere...
