> This has been the worst experience of my life!Never have I had such a inept staff aswell incompetent tell me one thing first then another about payments.Then insisting that I was not telling the truthabout what I was told Twice.  What ever happened to the " Customer is always Right"type of care. And to not even have Dr. interceed and assist me thru out this ordealwas even worse.
