I have been there 3 times & they treat you like trash - not a human being.  I went in for a UTI & got billed for an STD (which my insurance wouldn't pay for - but that's another michael moore topic).  Billing then decided they would talk about my chart in the open w/ everyone listening and hearing my private medical details & the pus coming out of my penis (which actually was a UTI).  They decided they would continue to bill my insurance for STD treatment & I ended up having to pay out of pocket.  Go to Simi Urgent Care (down the street) instead - the treat you like human beings!","rating":1,"date_published":"2007-17-09"}]}
