Just had lots of work done on my car and they got a day and a half's work done in one day. My wife's health and our income is rough but they were very helpful. The helper Skyler was great and quick. When it couldn't be repaired, Justin put on a new tire free of charge. I was shocked, but very appreciative. I promised him that I would return when I had the money to buy new tires. So when I walked in there after work last Thursday, he not only remembered me, but gave me a great deal on tires. One of his employees gave me a ride to work and assured me that my car would be ready before I got off work. It was and as promised, Justin charged me the quoted price. He didn't try to sneak in any additional charges like so many other places do. The Manager as well as the owner are not people of their word. My brother had a situation that he thought would get resolved and they turned to the easy way out and lied to him. We have been residents of Simi for over 35 years and this is definently a business I would never recommend to my friends or family. *Invalid Date via Direct* --- **Dan D\.** - 1/5 > This is a OK shop to get tires, but if you need any mechanical work done, you might want to go to a different shop. To make a long story short, these guys have no idea how to align the front of a vehicle with a single solid axle. And I mean they don't have a clue! They also don't know how to read a tape measure. I needed them to adjust my control arms to specific lengths, and they could not get it right. Not only that, they put me on the back burner and took them 4 days to do a few hours worth of work. They put me at the bottom of the list when I was first in line. Also they are not very gentle working on your vehicle. After they did a alignment on my Jeep, I checked there work and you can literally see the fresh metal from where they took a hammer to. Using a hammer is un-necessary to do a simple alignment. And this has happened to me more then once with 2 different vehicles.
