I received a cheaper version of the mattress I paid for.....twice. I was a customer well over a year ago, I'm not one to write reviews but have been meaning to write this one. We bought a mattress (which had three firmness levels, three different prices, the pillow top being the most expensive). Basically we ordered and prepaid for the one in the middle....medium firmness and medium price but we upgraded to an XL Twin (extra long). They delivered the cheaper and firmer mattress which my daughter did not care for. When I went into the store to correct the error, I noticed they had a \"Clearance Sale\" so I checked out the price of the mattress we had just purchased and was shocked to see it was significantly more than we had paid a few weeks earlier. The next delivery was a mattress with the correct firmness but not an XL Twin (I never bothered to go back again...my daughter now complains that her feet hang over the mattress).","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-30-09"}]}
