The group of three was :Mauricio Alex, Joshua & Emanuel. They did an exceptional job, they were quick, very professional and clean! I was amazed how much love and respect they have for the Company they work for: American Vision Windows in Simi Valley. That means that the Company is treating them very well. After they finished the job, they explained everything to us, showed us how the windows work, etc. They cleaned up everything and left my house sparkling clean. I highly recommend this Company and their devoted employees. I had several contractors come out to measure everything and give me a bid for the work. The prices varied between the different contractors and different brands of replacement product but all were considerably much more than I had wanted to spend.  I keep hearing their commercials on the radio and I decided to call and get a free estimate. I was more than lucky enough to have had Don Adams come to my home. We have a custom home and were very apprehensive about using a company I got from a radio ad. This was not a small job. We have 4 sliding glass doors and 32 window openings. Don definitely knew what he was talking about and gave my wife and I a level of comfort most salesman don’t. When he gave me the price, I was really scared. It was one third of the cost of one of our other bids and considerably less than the others. How could they do the same thing for so much less? I could not have been happier. Every workman that came into our home was professional, courteous, and clean and knew what they were doing. They took care of our things as though it was the company's owners home. Each time there was an incidence, and there were a few, where they could have gotten away with something that should have been done differently, they choose to do it the right way. They were as concerned as we were that the job was done right.In the end, we are extremely happy with our choice and would highly recommend American Vision Windows to any of our friends and already have.","rating":5,"date_published":"2013-10-07"},{"author_name":"happyandfree","review_text":"Please permit me to get promptly to the point.  If you want product, price and professionalism, then I recommend American Vision Windows (AVW).  AVW is the way to go for replacement windows.  Furthermore, service continued after the initial installation.  When two of my windows were broken during a burglary, Armen, Project Manager, came to my home that night and helped me clean up the broken glass and inspected the frames.  Jason, Senior Service Manager, appeared the next morning, measuring and ordering my new windows.  Within a few days, Ryan, the Installer, replaced my windows and left the yard and home without debris.  Now, that's service!  If you're looking for price, product and professionalism, then I hope this review provides you with a vision for life-enhancing value!","rating":5,"date_published":"2012-25-05"},{"author_name":"ctirado","review_text":"these people promise everything to get the sale, then you can never contact them after you sign. the installers didn't read the instructions to pull our alarm wires through, so we had to re-do our whole alarm system. they would never return our phone calls to take care of the matter. we contacted the bbb and it wasn't until after several calls to the bbb that we finally contacted them. then they were difficult to get them to come out and they wouldn't take care of the matter. we would never recommend them!","rating":1,"date_published":"2007-12-08"}]}
