I arrived at 11:40 am for an 11:45 am reservation & checked in with the 2 blonde incompetents at the desk.  I advised that the rest of my party had not arrived as yet & I would wait for them.  When they still had not arrived at 12:10 pm, I went to let them know & they said that no one checked in & that the reservation was gone.  I did check in & was fully visible to them at all times.  I left & won't be back.  I called to report this problem to the manager, Lisa (I think), & during my complaint, she hung up on me.  What a poor group of people are at this location.  Hopefully there are others that are better.  I just wanted to let you know when I post my review of this lousy experience.  Thanks, my business can go elsewhere due to these people.","rating":1,"date_published":"2010-04-04"}]}
