> Professional yes, and also very warm creating a safe friendly environment where real progress can be made. Having been in and out of counseling for 45 years, I had made little or no progress. When I started going to Shannon Lerach I made progress unknown in my life. She knows how to engage and talk to and with, not talk at you. All the degrees in the world do not make a good therapist. It's the caring, empathy and understanding that makes a great therapist. For the first time in 45 years, I am doing great!
