Our business partnership had its up and downs. For example, a great part of their business is the direct calling system and customer service. No business is perfect though. They have sent me late shipments before and brought me some damaged parts but being in this business for over 20 years I know it's all a part of this automotive Industry. In the end, Belia and her staff has always taken my calls seriously and addressed my concerns. She's the reason why I still choose PAC and PBI over others.
