> Rip off, do not use this service. I called Rivera Electric because 1/2 the electricity in my house was out. He came out and said he would need to do all kinds of work. He asked I pay him up front for some work, but he just took the money and denied it even when I confronted him with the receipt he gave me and it clearly shows he gave 1 year warranty on his work and labor, but did nothing! SCE actually came out and fixed it for free. Lesson learned on my part to never pay for something until the work is done.
