> Sold conference phone to them. Described item accurately (including that it needed repair) sold it cheap and "AS-IS". At first they wanted to return because it "was not described accurately" and when they realized they would not win decided it was damaged in shipping. Item was insured but refused to file on their end and sent it back. After all that they filed negative feedback. If your dealings with them go bad be prepared to bend over.
