Faig answered my call. We scheduled for him to stop by after I got off work at 6pm.The problem with our fridge was the defrost heater, which was preventing it from defrosting. Faig helped us manually defrost the fridge to get us up and running for the next couple of days because the part wasn't in stock locally.Faig ordered the part with expedited shipping and was back out to finish the repair a couple of days later.
