> WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!I have been here twice (only to give the rudeness of everyone that works here the benefit of a doubt)!!! As a woman, I found everyone here nasty, rude and condescending.. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone.. Unfortunately, I have to give them at least one star rating in order to post this, but they don't even deserve that!!

> I walked in looking for a yellow package chain.  I was laughed at and told the low kick back is the only chain sold.  Even if I was wrong I was laughed at and treated rudely.  I over heard their mechanic in the parking lot saying he was ready to just close the f***ing gate.  It was like 930 am.  I'll shop at the stihl dealer in El Cajon.  BTW I'm holding the yellow package chain(not low kickback) I got from their store about 1 1/2 years ago.

> A friend with a commercial account said they would really take care of me. Lackluster to say the least when I went in. I took a 10 month old gas string trimmer in just for a tune up, they wanted more money than it cost new, also took my Honda tiller in as it was running badly, when I declined thier estimate I got it back in pieces which is actually illegal, my honda mower they overfilled with oil and it smoked horribly, I had to take out over a cup of extra oil, in a small engine that's a lot, they did not even tune it up, added a fuel filter, changed the plug and oil all for the cheap price of only $60. Never again

> Owner is extremely knowledgeable, courteous & friendly Been doing business with him since he took over Art's. The front counter man, LANCE is RUDE, SLOPPY, & HAS no knowedge ABOUT THE PRODUTS.If it weren't for Kenny, the owner covering up for him, myself & half a dozen others would do business elsewhere.
