Jim is the owner and his head mechanic Hai are friendly and ready to explain whatever you want to know. I can trust them as much as I trust my own family. They will keep the old parts they take out to show you and take you under the hood to show you what they had to do. Being a woman, it is important to have a mechanic you can trust. Their prices are fair and you always get a guarantee/warranty with major work that is done which they honor because I had an alternator go out almost a year after it was replaced and because of the two-year warranty, they replaced it for free.
